Kailash Jalan is the Global Head of Performance & Development at Capita, a position held since November 2006, where responsibilities include talent and leadership development, change management, and managing complex learning projects in a global environment. Previously, Kailash served as DGM - L&D, OD and Corporate Communications, focusing on outcome-based learning strategies, high-impact leadership programs, and managing talent processes. Educational qualifications include an ODCP in Organizational Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Manipal Institute of Management.
