Kasia Gulyk Rutkowska

Kasia Gulyk Rutkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in responsible business practices and sustainability management. Currently serving as Group Senior Head of Responsible Business at Capita since October 2022, Kasia previously held the position of Head of Responsible Business - Group Strategic Programmes and Partnerships. Prior to Capita, Kasia was with Interserve for eight years, holding multiple roles including Senior Sustainability Manager and Chair of the Support Services Sustainability Initiative Group, where significant sustainability strategies were developed and implemented across the organization. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Engineering from Uniwersytet Opolski, along with a PIEMA qualification from the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment.
