Steve Blanchard

Steve Blanchard has extensive experience in programme and project management within the IT services sector, primarily with Capita. Currently serving as Programme Manager for the Lisbon Programme at Capita IT Services, Steve oversees a significant infrastructure investment exceeding £30 million. Previously, as Head of Projects at Capita Networking Services, management responsibilities included a team of 31 personnel and oversight of approximately £60 million worth of projects. Steve’s earlier roles at Capita involved governance of Data Centre delivery and project portfolio management, facilitating the successful transition of complex services and infrastructure. Prior to joining Capita, Steve held various technical and managerial positions at CSC Computer Sciences Ltd., BAE Systems Avionics, AXA PPP healthcare, Digital Computer Services, and Firstpoint Limited, showcasing a strong foundation in IT support, engineering, and business development.
