Zachary Dills

Zachary Dills is an experienced Learning and Development professional, currently serving as a Learning and Development Content Creator at Capita since April 2014. In this role, Zachary designs and digitizes interactive training materials and collaborates with Digital Transformation Leads to develop adaptive learning resources utilizing Microsoft 365. Previously, Zachary worked as a Learning and Development Specialist, providing remote training across multiple local authorities, and as an Assessor and Trainer for Trailhead by Salesforce. Additionally, Zachary has contributed to the Salesforce Career Development Program and taught English in China. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Religious Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in History from Arizona State University.
