Capital 8X is a New York–based financial advisory start-up specializing in architecting and financing profitable AI transformations.

The company is built on the conviction that Artificial Intelligence is the defining economic opportunity of our time – one that will create the next generation of market leaders. Yet realizing this potential requires more than innovation; it demands profitable adoption strategies, disciplined execution, and the capital to fund them.

Founded by Tim Kogan and partners – finance and technology experts with 15+ years of experience from Rothschild & Co, McKinsey & Co, EPAM, and EY – the firm helps companies design high-return AI initiatives and connect them with the right capital to execute.

Through its proprietary C8X AI Compass – a finance-first framework for modeling, funding, and executing high-return AI projects – Capital 8X applies proven financial value creation strategies to AI integration projects. The methodology is designed to deliver measurable profitability and revenue growth, with projects planned through the Compass often targeting 100%+ IRR and payback within 18 months.

8X in Capital 8X's name is pronounced "Ethics" – the foundation for lasting success in both AI and finance.
