Deb Lekander

Deb Lekander possesses extensive experience in the field of education and coaching, currently serving as the owner of Lekander Coaching since June 2010. In addition to this role, Deb Lekander has been a Reemployment Trainer at Capital Area Michigan Works! since 2009. Prior to these positions, Deb Lekander worked as a school counselor at Ingham Intermediate School District from 2008 to 2009 and provided coaching and certification training at Mentor Coach during the same period. Deb Lekander's career began in 1984 at Howell Public Schools, where a significant tenure as a high school counselor and department chair lasted until 2007.
