Patrick Downs

Patrick Downs is a Civil Engineer at Forte & Tablada, Inc and an officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He has over ten years of experience in the civil design, construction, and project management industry.

He has served 12 years in the Louisiana Army National Guard as an engineer officer, with assignments including platoon leader, company commander, and operations officer. In 2021 he deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, where he served in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Public Administration, both from LSU.
