Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale

Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale serves as the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Cummins Inc. and has held this position since May 2021. In addition to this role, Nicole acts as an Independent Board Director and Managing Director at Kroll, contributing expertise in governance, risk, and transparency. Nicole is also a member of the Corporate Board of Trustees at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Albright Stonebridge Group, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Manufacturing and Services at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Deputy General Counsel at the same department.
