Jennifer Kafer is an experienced office manager and administrative professional with a strong background in property management and educational fundraising. Currently serving as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Director of Property Management at Capital Associates Management, LLC since July 2018, Jennifer is responsible for reception duties, communication management, administrative support, and the maintenance of various operational systems. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Executive Director at the Person County Education Foundation from January 2016 to April 2018, where efforts were focused on enhancing educational opportunities through fundraising and grant applications. Jennifer's early career included positions at Manpower as a Secretary, Receptionist, and Data Entry Clerk from August 1993 to March 1996. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Associate of Arts from Peace College.
