William Horowitz

William Horowitz is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in overseeing retail and commercial assets. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Capital Associates since June 2023, William previously held the position of Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners from October 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, William worked as the Director of Property Management at Morguard from August 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of various retail and commercial properties in the United States. William also served as the Regional Retail Property Manager and Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis from June 2006 to July 2012. William holds a degree from the University of Florida.
