Loay Hammad

Loay Hammad is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and insurance management at Capital Bank of Jordan since February 2014. In current role as Head of Insurance, Loay leads the development and management of insurance products while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Head of Personnel and HR Financial Services, where Loay managed HR functions and payroll operations, and Head of Personnel and HR Investigation, focusing on sensitive workplace investigations. Earlier positions at Islamic International Arab Bank PLC and Bank of Jordan involved assessing credit applications and providing customer service. Loay began the banking career as a Head Teller at Arab Jordan Investment Bank and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from AL-Ahliyya Amman University.
