Brian Blonder

Brian Blonder has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Brian started their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Greentree Mortgage Corporation in 2000 and then moved on to Buckingham Mortgage Corporation, where they served as the Director of Sales from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, Brian founded JBL Mortgage Network LLC, where they worked as the CEO/Branch Manager until 2010. Brian then joined American Home Bank as a Branch Manager from 2009 to 2011, and later joined EagleBank as a VP Residential Lending from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Brian works at Capital Bank, N.A., where they have held various positions since 2013. Brian started as the SR VP Residential Lending and then became the Senior Vice President Mortgage Division, responsible for sales, marketing development, and business growth. Brian's achievements include significantly increasing annual sales volume and expanding residential lending across the US.

Brian Blonder attended Salisbury University from 1988 to 1992 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to attending Salisbury University, they attended Annapolis Sr High from 1986 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
