David Vardeman

David Vardeman has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. David worked at Capital Bank, N.A. from 2014 to the present, where they were the Senior Vice President Department Head, Not for Profit and Global Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for launching a new division, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the bank's growth. Prior to that, they were the Department Head of Business Banking at Capital Bank from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they successfully started up the new division and exceeded production goals. David also served as a military advocate for non-profits in the metro area. Before joining Capital Bank, David worked as the Director of Business Development at Congressional Federal Credit Union from 2011 to 2014. David began their banking career as a Business Banker at Chevy Chase Bank from 2001 to 2007. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and a strong track record in client acquisition, relationship banking, and team management.
