David Welsh

David Welsh has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology and infrastructure. David is currently serving as the SVP of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Capital Bank, where they oversee the modernization and optimization of the bank's technology. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Freddie Mac, including Senior Manager of Network Engineering and Manager of Network Operations. Before their time at Freddie Mac, David worked as the Manager of Network Operations at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where they developed implementation and strategic plans for enterprise network deployments. David also has extensive experience at Capital Group, where they served as a Senior Network Engineer, Network/Server Analyst, and Investment Technology Support. David's early career involved working as a Web Designer and Network Installer at Computer Connections and as a Wireless Auction Technician at the Federal Communications Commission.

David Welsh attended Gardner-Webb University from 1993 to 1998, where they completed their degree in MIS (Information Systems).
