Glenn Heisey

Glenn Heisey provides executive leadership to key areas including health plan operations, sales operations, vendor management, facilities, corporate reengineering and operational excellence, project management, as well as strategic planning and corporate development. He also leads the enterprise’s subsidiaries, which provide stop loss, dental, vision, and other health benefit-related products and services to group and individual customers in 19 states and the District of Columbia. Glenn’s previous roles at Capital Blue Cross include senior vice president of strategy and provider networks; vice president of strategy and planning; corporate secretary and chief compliance officer; and senior corporate counsel. Prior to joining Capital Blue Cross, Glenn was an attorney with McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC. Glenn serves on the board of directors and the executive committee of Wespath Benefits & Investments in Glenview, Illinois; serves on the audit committee for The Foundation for Enhancing Communities in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; is a member of the Messiah University Business Department Advisory Council; and formerly chaired the Messiah Lifeways Board of Directors in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
