Juan Maldonado MBA, PMP, has over 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Community Relations Consultant at Capital Blue Cross since July 2006. In this role, Juan is responsible for establishing networking pathways to support community partners and is the current Outreach Coordinator for the CHIP Program. Previous experience includes serving as a Compliance Rating Analyst II at Capital Blue Cross and as a Case Underwriter at Keystone Health Plan from 2000 to 2006. Juan holds an MBA in Business Leadership and Project Management from Amberton University, a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Management from Saint Leo University, and an AA in Computer Technology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
