Kip Miller

Kip Miller currently serves as the Director of Information Security at Capital Blue Cross, a position held since May 2013, where responsibilities include information technology compliance, information security compliance, security incident response, audit support, and the development of policies and procedures. Prior to this, Kip held various roles at Ernst & Young from July 2007 to May 2013, culminating in the position of Manager within the Advisory Services, IT Risk and Assurance department. Kip Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and completed a Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management at Warwick High School.
