Scott Frank leads Capital Blue Cross’ Innovation and Technology areas, with a focus on Digital Solutions and improving the customer experience. With more than 25 years working in health care and insurance information technology, Scott has extensive strategic planning, technical solutions and transformational change experience. Prior to joining Capital Blue Cross, Scott worked at Aetna/Coventry Health Care and several integrated hospital systems and spent more than two decades leading technology advancements in healthcare.
