Capital Building Maintenance is a locally-owned and operated firm that has been serving many of the largest, most prestigious, and most complex buildings in the SF Bay Area for over 25 years. We have extensive experience working in new construction as well as tenant improvement environments in a variety of settings including office buildings and complexes, multi-unit residential, hospitals, educational facilities, hotels and high-security government buildings.
