Kapil Sharma has extensive experience in project coordination and engineering, beginning as a Project Engineer at RDN Enterprises from June 2013 to June 2014 and continuing in the role of Project Co-ordinator at Capital Business Systems Limited (CBSL Group) since June 2014. Kapil Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Doaba Group of Institutes, Mohali, and completed education at DIET, Mohali.
