Jessica started their career at AreaGuidesOnline.com as a Sales Rep from 1999 to 2001, before joining UnitedHealth Group as a Strategic Account Executive. Jessica then worked at UnitedHealthcare in various roles, including Strategic Account Executive/Account Manager and Individual Specialist. In 2010, they joined Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care as a Community Outreach member. Since 2011, Jessica has been working at Capital Caring Health, where they have held positions such as CARE Representative/Account Manager, Area Manager of Patient Advocacy, and Regional Manager of Client Relations. Jessica'scurrent role is Director of Client Relations. Throughout their career, they have focused on client management, referral, and growth in the healthcare industry.

Prior to that, they attended Loudoun Valley High School from 1992 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Microsoft Publisher 2010 from Northern Virginia Community College Online Learning.
