Matt Suggs

Matt Suggs has extensive experience as a chaplain, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. Currently serving as a chaplain at Capital Caring Health since August 2015, Matt has previously held chaplain roles at Tidewater Hospice, SouthernCare, Inc., and Heartstrings Hospice. Prior experiences include chaplain residency positions at Palmetto Health and WakeMed, along with outreach and evangelism as a minister at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church. Matt's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Christian Education/Chaplaincy from Campbell University Divinity School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Chowan University. Prior to pursuing a career in ministry, Matt worked in research roles at Dow Chemical and PPD.
