Jessica Sturgeon, MT-BC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica is currently working as the Director of Pediatric Care Coordination at Capital Caring Health since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Music Therapist at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and Treasure Coast Hospice, specializing in pediatric care. Jessica also served as a Child Life Intern at Mount Sinai Health System in 2022. Jessica has a background in music therapy and has worked as a Music Therapist at SEASONS HOSPICE FOUNDATION and a Contracted Music Therapist at Fogerty Music Therapy. Jessica Sturgeon attended the University of Evansville from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy and Music Teacher Education. In February 2015, they became a Music Therapist - Board Certified (MT-BC) after obtaining certification from the CBMT.
