Iris Gantois

Iris Gantois is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at ADNEC Group since April 2023, Iris oversees catering operations, implements process improvements, organizes high-end catering events, and analyzes cost data to enhance productivity. Previously, as an International Flight Attendant with Etihad Airways from December 2016 to July 2023, Iris excelled in passenger care, conflict resolution, and safety compliance. Iris began a professional career as an intern at Farmer Livelihood Development, where responsibilities included process analysis and content creation for marketing. Iris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Communication from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya.
