Pat Kiefer

Pat Kiefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and quality management. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Consultant at Kiefer Consulting since January 2015, Pat employs Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance both manufacturing and transactional processes. As a Licensed Insurance Agent at Capital Choice Financial Group since June 2013, Pat provides Term Life Insurance and Annuities. Previously, Pat held the role of Manager: Process Black Belt at Conifer Health Solutions from December 2013 to October 2015, where services were provided to improve Revenue Cycle operations. Pat's career at Texas Instruments spanned over two decades, culminating as Quality Control Manager, focusing on supplier quality systems and data analysis, and earlier as Total Quality Manager, where annual quality strategies were developed. Pat holds a BSOE in Business and Engineering Technology from Wayland Baptist University and an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Dayton.
