Pamela Gay

Senior Vice President, CHRO at Capital City Bank

Pamela Gay began her career with Capital City Bank in 1998 and leads the HR team in delivering quality service and support for the Capital City Associates. The Company has recognized her as a 2022 Star Summit honoree for distinguished service and leadership. Additionally, she is a recipient of the 2010 Julian V. Smith Community Involvement Award, an honor reserved for the Capital City Associate who embodies a spirit of volunteerism and selflessly gives of themselves for the benefit of others. A Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Gay earned an undergraduate degree in Humanities from Florida State University and holds certifications in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. She is a member of the Big Bend SHRM and a dedicated supporter of the United Way of the Big Bend and the American Cancer Society. In her spare time, Gay assists in researching and recording the history of Fellowship Assembly of God Church. Throughout the course of the pandemic, Gay worked diligently for 30 months alongside Chief Information Security Officer LeAnne Staalenburg executing a COVID-19 response plan to ensure the health and safety of all associates.
