Mary E. Watson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in municipal and real estate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Capital City Development Corporation since July 2014, Mary oversees all legal activities, focusing on ethics and compliance while providing in-house legal services for various sectors including real estate transactions and labor law. Previously, Mary held the position of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Boise, advising multiple departments on land use law, and served as Lead Attorney in the juvenile division for Ada County. Mary holds a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Government from Saint Mary's College of California.
