Mike Watson

Mike joined the bank in 2007 and has played an integral role in expanding technology and innovative projects, as well as building a sustainable foundation of systems and people to fuel the bank’s current and future growth. Prior to serving as CEO, he filled the position of COO/CIO for Capital Community Bank. Previous to CCBank Mike pioneered digital solutions in the medical field and worked with the State of California to enhance the welfare system across the state. Mike received his MBA in banking from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas. In addition, he earned a degree in Business Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
