Jude Watters

Jude Watters has over 15 years of experience in executive search and research. Jude is currently the Vice President of Operations at Capital Construction. Jude has also worked with smartmedhr Ltd and smartresearchhr Ltd in the past.

Between 2011 and 2014, Jude was the Head of Global Research at Wilbury Partners and Wilbury Stratton. In this role, they were responsible for leading the research teams and providing strategic direction for the company. Jude was also instrumental in setting up The Advanced Research Centre at Wilbury Stratton, which provided research services to global corporates and headhunters.

Prior to their work at Wilbury Partners, Jude was a Partner and Head of Research at Odgers Berndtson from 2006 to 2010. Jude also served as the Chief Researcher at Veredus from 2005 to 2006.
