Lydia Lynch has a strong background in marketing and community outreach. Lydia started their career in 2013 as an Economic and Writing Intern for the City of Eau Claire Economic Development Division and Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. Here, they managed social media outlets, conducted research, attended seminars, interviewed businesses, and assisted with community events and grant applications.

In 2014, Lydia joined Capital Credit Union as a Community Relations Specialist. Lydia oversaw community outreach initiatives, fundraising campaigns, volunteer management, social media management, and event planning. Lydia excelled in developing Capital's $500,000+ Community Outreach Initiatives and Programs.

Lydia then progressed to the role of Senior Marketing Specialist at Capital Credit Union in 2019. In this position, they continued to oversee community outreach initiatives and also took on additional responsibilities such as project management, budget management, and team member development. Lydia collaborated with other departments and locations for product rollout and education.

Currently, Lydia is working as the Marketing Supervisor at Capital Credit Union. Lydia assists the VP of Marketing in various tasks such as project management, implementing new initiatives and strategies, budget management, and content creation. Lydia also focuses on team member development, compliance review, and collaboration with other departments and locations.

Lydia Lynch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, from 2010 to 2014. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued further education at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and received a Digital Marketing Certificate with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, Lydia has obtained several certifications including a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2023, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in May 2020, SEO Certified from HubSpot Academy in September 2021, and a Digital Advertising Certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2021.
