Acquisitions are primarily made on pools of assets with total UPB balances ranging from $15 million to over $1 billion.  Our portfolio interests include all major commercial real estate property categories including Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Industrial, Special Purpose, and Hospitality.   In addition to this broad range of commercial property types, Capital Crossing is proficient in the acquisition of both commercial and residential land including residential development properties.
