Thet Maung Chaw currently serves as the Group Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG) since October 2023, focusing on technology leadership, transformation, and coaching. Previously, as the Head of UI/UX, Frontend, Mobile, and Digital Banking at KBZ Bank from January 2017 to January 2024, Thet Maung Chaw successfully built teams from the ground up, managing over 40 members across various development teams. Prior roles include Head of Department at Times Software Pte Ltd, where management of teams in Singapore and Malaysia led to enhanced product delivery, and IT Consultant at Phillip Capital Inc., focusing on project and database design. Thet Maung Chaw started a career as a Senior Software Engineer at Times Software Pte Ltd, developing systems for major clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from both Oxford Brookes University and the University of Computer Studies, Yangon.
