Carl Oropallo has extensive experience in management within the recreation sector, currently serving as the District Executive Director at Capital District YMCA since March 2002. Prior to this role, Carl was the Assistant Manager at Redwood Family Recreation from 1994 to 2002. Educationally, Carl holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College, attended from 1996 to 1998, and has furthered studies at Arizona State University during 1998 to 1999. Carl is a graduate of Colonie Central High School, class of 1996.
