Gabriella Bartley

Gabriella Bartley currently serves as a Homeland Security Program Analyst at the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services since March 2024. Gabriella has extensive experience in emergency response and research, having worked as a Research Analyst at the New York State Executive Chamber and as a Graduate Research Intern at the Center for Advanced Red Teaming. Additionally, Gabriella has held roles as a Lifeguard at the Capital District YMCA and in various aquatics positions at the YMCA of Long Island. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Science with a focus on Intelligence Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, Cybersecurity, and Psychology, both from the University at Albany.
