Jack Hardy possesses extensive experience in the fitness and service industries, with a notable tenure at Capital District YMCA since November 2020, where roles have included Fitness Floor Associate, Marketing Intern, and Newsletter Editor. Prior to this, Jack served as a Custodian at Southern Saratoga YMCA from March 2016 to March 2020, managing event setups, cleaning duties, and member engagement. Additional experience includes a position as a Crew Member at McDonald's during mid-2019. Educationally, Jack is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication at the University at Albany, having also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and an Associate of Arts in the same field from the same institution and Hudson Valley Community College, respectively.
