John Hayden

John Hayden's work experience is as follows: they started their career in 1985 as a Personnel Technician at Madison County and concurrently worked as a Sr. Personnel Technician at Rensselaer County. John then joined Consolidated Rail Corporation in 1986 as a Labor Relations Specialist/Personnel Supervisor. In 1990, they joined Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined Capital District YMCA as the Vice President of Human Resources, and later became the Sr. Vice President/CHRO in 2020.

John Hayden completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Siena College from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they pursued further education at St. Bonaventure University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Education, specializing in Counseling Psychology, from 1985 to 1986.
