Troy Ketcham

Troy Ketcham has a diverse work experience in various roles within the Capital District YMCA and Windham Mountain. Troy started their career at Windham Mountain in 2007 as the Director of Base Operations and later transitioned into the role of Marketing Manager in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2015, Troy joined the Capital District YMCA as the Property Director and then became the Operations Director in September 2016.

Troy Ketcham obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
