Billy Sweeney has extensive experience in service management and support, with a career spanning several decades in the office imaging and engineering sectors. Sweeney served as Service Support Manager at Capital Document Solutions from June 2006 until the present, prior to which service management roles were held at Danka Office Imaging, Kodak UK, and Addressograph Multigraph. Sweeney commenced a professional journey as a Field Service Engineer at Addressograph Multigraph in August 1971. An education in engineering was completed at Stow College of Engineering from 1979 to 1982.
