Neil Kelly

Neil Kelly is a construction professional with extensive experience in various labor and management roles within the industry. Currently serving as an Assistant to Project Manager/Estimator at Capital Electric Construction Co., Inc. since May 2018, Neil has previously held positions including Construction Laborer at Westland Construction, where responsibilities involved water and sewer line work, and Summer Intern at the same company. Prior experience includes a range of labor positions with Express Employment Professionals, River’s Edge Scrap Management, and Angus Turner Construction. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science Management from Kansas State University, complemented by studies at Kansas City Kansas Community College.
