Neil Kelly is a construction professional with extensive experience in various labor and management roles within the industry. Currently serving as an Assistant to Project Manager/Estimator at Capital Electric Construction Co., Inc. since May 2018, Neil has previously held positions including Construction Laborer at Westland Construction, where responsibilities involved water and sewer line work, and Summer Intern at the same company.
