Dave Voelker is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in plumbing design and field services. Currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc. since August 2019, Dave has also held the position of Senior Plumbing Designer at R and A Engineering Solutions, Inc. since April 2017, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs and solutions. Dave's earlier experience includes a similar role at Enginuity Systems, LLC. Educational background includes studies at American River College from 1980 to 1982.
