Joel Valencia

Joel Valencia is an experienced Plumbing Engineer with a career spanning from May 2004 to the present. Currently, Joel has been with Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc. since July 2016, specializing in plumbing utility design and drafting for a variety of projects, including core and shell developments, tenant improvements, and multi-use apartment buildings.
