Capital Engineering
John Carter is a Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in mechanical and plumbing design engineering spanning over two decades. Currently employed at Capital Engineering since June 2022, John previously held positions at EE LLC from January 2014 to July 2022 and Given and Associates, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2016. Earlier roles include Mechanical Designer at Priest Engineering and MEP Engineering, Inc., as well as positions at Indoor Environmental Services and ACCO Engineered Systems, where John began as a designer/drafter. Educationally, John holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Sacramento, completed in 1995.
