Mark Reid

Mark Reid has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mark started their career as a Support Specialist at Softcom Internet Communications, Inc. in 1997, where they later became a Systems Administrator in Network Operations. From 1999 to 2003, Mark worked at EarthLink Business, initially as a Supervisor for Technical Support and Customer Service, and later as a Manager for Enterprise Technical Support.
