Caroline Davis

Caroline Davis currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President and Co-Founder at Capital Factory, a position held since May 2021, where responsibilities include planning high-priority events and executing marketing campaigns for venture initiatives. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an Executive Assistant at Squared Away from March 2020 to September 2020 and as a Teen and Young Adult Counselor Advocate at the Women’s Resource Center from September 2017 to November 2019. Caroline is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas Christian University, with an expected completion date in December 2026, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Scranton, earned in 2018.
