Eric Stober

Eric Stober is the current CFO at Capital Factory. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Astral Images from January 2015 to December 2019. Eric was responsible for the acquisition of the company through the bankruptcy court and for automating the algorithms that digitally remove dirt, scratches and embedded defects from film during the digital conversion process of traditional film to the Ultra-High Definition, High Dynamic Range, 4K format.

From January 2008 to December 2017, Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer for Astrogenetix, Inc. During their time there, they were responsible for the financial management of the company as well as serving as the Secretary, Treasurer & Principal Accounting Officer.

In January 2020, Eric became the Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at BreathTech Corporation. Eric is responsible for the financial management of the company as well as serving on the board.

Eric Stober has an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship. Eric also has a BS from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a focus in finance. Additionally, they have a certification from FINRA in Series 66, and another from FINRA in Series 7. Eric is also certified by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. as a Certified Financial Planner, having passed all modules. Finally, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst Candidate from the CFA Institute, having passed levels 1 & 2 of the CFA program.
