Mark Flood has extensive experience in the esports and gaming industry, currently serving as the Video Game & Esports Guy at Capital Factory since April 2015. Previously, Mark held the title of Franchisee at FunBox from September 2023 to June 2025 and worked as the Director of Operations for North America at Astralis following the acquisition of Disrupt Gaming in September 2021. Mark founded Disrupt Gaming in March 2018, successfully running the esports team until its sale to Astralis in 2021. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Senior Product Manager at Origin.GG, overseeing software development from April 2017 to September 2018. Mark is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
