Lisa Ruggeri

Lisa Ruggeri has been a part of Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Inc. since July 1987, serving as a Program Administrator. In this role, Lisa has been responsible for various tasks related to implementing CHIF's home improvement and consumer loan programs. In addition to outreach, underwriting, contracting, reporting, and administrative activities, Lisa also provides information to the public about CHIF's loan programs and makes external referrals when necessary. Prior to joining CHIF, Lisa worked at Frances Jacavino Insurance Agency from February 1986 to June 1987 as a Loan Underwriter and Loan Processor and later as a Customer Service Representative.
