Jim Dwyer

Involved with the long-term care industry since 1989, Jim Dwyer is President of Capital Purchasing Group, LLC. He joined CFG in 2007 to develop his brother, Jack Dwyer’s vision of offering a One-Stop Shop. Capital Purchasing Group is a member of Forum Purchasing, the largest Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in the healthcare space. The combined GPO is over 500,000 beds, providing leverage to produce the most competitive contracts for items and services theirr operators use to provide quality care, while driving down costs. This One-Stop-Shop advantage is realized with helping otiehnance clients increase their EBIDAR when applying to HUD and driving their profitability afterwards. Through this growth and profitability, the ultimate result will be to provide the best care for the most vulnerable in the society.

Dwyer also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for the Future of Aging (FFA). The FFA is a think tank within the AHCA, focused on addressing challenges found in the industry. Dwyer received a B.S. in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
