Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Plant Manager at Dixie Cut Stone and Marble, Inc. from August 1994 to April 2006. Randy's career began as the Owner of Wiles Construction from 1984 until August 1994, showcasing a strong foundation in business leadership and management within the construction and stone sectors.
