Allyson Foster

Allyson Foster currently serves as Managing Director for Europe and NRC Marketing, as well as for UK Marketing at Capital Group since January 2021. In addition, Allyson is a Board Trustee at Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation, overseeing marketing, brand strategy, and governance. Prior to these roles, Allyson held various senior marketing positions at Henderson Global Investors from April 2011 to May 2020, including Head of EMEA & LatAm Marketing and Head of Brand & UK Marketing. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Partnerships Marketing at Ignis Asset Management and as Head of Marketing Communications at New Star Asset Management. Allyson Foster earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Newcastle University between 1994 and 1997.
